Session Bio

5+ years ago when Bernard Grenier was first starting out with 3D at Fullbeauty Brands, there was not the volume of users or the industry-wide collaboration that there is today. Instead, they found themselves very much in the dark which led to many mistakes and many reboots.

As the pandemic has forced more and more companies to step into the disruption of 3D, Bernard asks himself, 'what would have been great to know back then at the start of his journey?' in the hopes that he can help this new user group scale faster and more effectively.

In this session, join Bernard as he presents a practical share out, more specifically:

- Ask yourself, in an ideal world, what do you want your digital workflow to look like?

- How can that initial vision help you to navigate the tool evaluation and selection process?

- How important are initial guidelines and guardrails in keeping your rollout manageable?

- What questions should you be asking the solution providers for full transparency?

- What should your partnership with your chosen solution provider look like, and how can that help you moving forward at scale?

- What should your partnership with your vendors look like, and how can that help you moving forward at scale?

- How can and should 3D re-write how different teams work together and interact?

- Aim higher than just reducing physical samples: there is so much more you can do!

- Identify who are your champions, who are your fence-sitters and who are your heel-draggers, and understanding how to navigate that dynamic
